Good looking cute ceramic mugs! Although they aren't exactly 14 ounces. After almost two years of regular use, I only have two left (pics attached). Some did chip along the way but for the most part, did their job. The polka dot design always attracted attention at gatherings. I liked the shape and the handles were very comfortable. My favorite was the red one, having different colors to choose from was fun. These came well packaged and were double-bubble-wrapped. Overall, for the price, they served me quite well.

    These are very nice and colorful mugs. Good for Ice cream or other cold desserts as well as for hot chocolate, coffee,soup, etc. I ordered these because I was nearly out of my "straight up and down mugs" The reason I didn't give this product 5 starts is that after comparing it to the "Straight up and down" mugs, I found that it was not as easy to carry around with me (going from room to room) because of its curved shape and not being as tall as the other mugs. However, I love the very happy colors and very nice for serving other things like ice cream, root beer floats and hot chocolate and soup.

    They look nice, we bought them because they were supposed to be big, 14oz. They did not look that big. So we checked with a measuring cup. They hold 12oz if you fill them right to the brim. False advertising.

    The cups are the perfect size and colors, but the packaging was poor so I only received 3 out of 6 unbroken mugs. The mugs were not bubble wrapped and the inside dividers were flimsy which allowed the mugs to hit together and break.

    If packaged correctly to prevent breaking, I would give 5 stars because the product is exactly what I was looking for.

    Absolutely beautiful!! My mugs are all very brightly colored and arrived without any damage. They are, however, slightly smaller than I imagined and one has a couple pock marks inside while another has a misprinted polka dot. Other than that they are wonderful mugs that serve as bowls as well! I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who loves coffee or tea!
