    Very nice colour, formula is brilliant and you can do pretty thin coat and get maximum coverage in just 2 coats. The texture of liquid sand is very unique and different. this varnish drys really quickly, which is a bonus. Chips easy due to texture, but its not a problem for me. Overall very pleased.

    I chose this colour liquid sand out of all the other ones in the range, looks really nice for about 2/3 days but it chips easily as there is no top coat.. love it while it lasts though!

    Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice glittery colour. The sand is basically lots and lots of fine glitter which you leave matt. Instructions state not to put a top coat on. I did it anyway but although it looked mildly shiner and smoother, it had a strange crinkly texture. Yuck, they were right. The problem I had with this was in the bottle it looks a nice rich dark blue, but when you have put two coats on it is actually a rich mid turquoise. Putting my nail against the bottle, there is a substantial difference in colour! Perhaps if I try a base coat of another regular dark blue, then continue with the Opi sand I will get nearer the colour I had hoped for. Really nice colour and the matt-but-glittery effect is lovely. The colour is not really for me on a regular basis sadly. Will keep as with the right colour of clothing would look stunning! Wish Opi would sell swatch colours cards made with the real nail polishes. Would happily buy a card to really choose wisely the colours that suit best. Even though they may say it would deter some people from buying a colour they were wondering about and lose a sale, it may actually encourage more purchases. You'd see first hand how lovely other colours are. I dont use nail bars as don't have much disposable income so dont get to see possible colours. How about it Opi? The 4 pack select minis are great but I want to see the full range and the shops are pants at stocking Opi. Harvey Nicks near me has them in store but was disappointed at the puny range they had and they had none of the colours I wanted to try.
