    directions were not very clear and I tried calling the company for support and all I received was advertisement and call another number for advertisement. Nothing like it was mentioned on the website. Very displeased!

    Two stars because of the material used. The metal is thin and easily warped. When first attempting to construct the shelf, 3 of the support rods were bent and unable to be used (they arrived this way). However, when calling the company to have them replaced they were courteous and I received then promptly. Overall, the shelf is over priced for the quality delivered.

    I sent these back. Worst thing I've ever received from amazon. The instructions on how to put them together were hideous. Pictures, no words...no labels on anything to speak of...very disappointing. On the bright side...Amazon was AWESOME in the return process. The young man that helped me was courteous and went out of his way to make this disappointing experience better.
