    I have been using Mr. Clean erasers for a long time, and I love them. They will seriously get almost any stain off. Very usual for it not to work. The only negative thing would be that they will break down quickly if the surface your using it on isn't smooth, they start to pill up and pieces break off. I still use them until there is very little left, excellent product. There are cheaper versions and they work ok, but I really only trust Mr. Clean.

    These erasers are amazing! I tend to be a bit OCD about stains, especially in our newly refinished bathroom, so I keep one out to do spot touch ups. So far I have not had them damage anything, and I can sometimes scrub at a stain on the drywall until it comes off. They do very well with dirt smudges, as well as toothpaste marks and other undesirable marks. The staircase wall in our house had some major dirt blotches due to my mother having trouble going down the stairs and using the wall to hold on to, and after about five minutes of scrubbing (which was only after a number of months of ignoring the problem until the wall was really black) the wall looked new again and the paint was nice and bright. I've used it on tile, painted drywall (matte and glossy), brushed satin fixtures, bathtub, glass shower doors, toilet, and vinyl floor tiles. I did try using it on some old hair dye stains on a wood sink cabinet and on a door, but that didn't seem to help. I can see it working if the stains are fresh, but not when they've been there for a while or if the material is too porous. Other than that, I don't think there's much they won't take care of.

    I have not experienced what others wrote on this product leaving a residue. This works on almost everything. I love it, another bonus that I do not have to apply much pressure when using the sponge. To make it last longer I only wet a small corner. Next time, I wet that same small corner. It starts to crumble ONLY when all portions have been used. At that point I get it all wet and clean as it crumbles. Lasts a lot longer this way. I have used this to brighten my painted walls, makes them shine like new. I suspect the manufacturers intend for this to happen so that we, consumers, will need to purchase more. It is all about the almighty dollar for most people. I highly recommend this sponge for all your hard to remove stains and spots.

    This is the best product of the 21st century as far as I'm concerned! Since I first tried this product when it came out I've eliminated my use of cleanser, shower cleaner, soap scum remover, many other cleaners and elbow grease completely in favor of it. There seems to be nothing you can't use it on, nothing it can't clean and clean better than anything else ever did. I swear by these and keep one in every room of the house, anything dirty just get it damp and wipe it away, period, love them!

    I have always liked the Magic eraser because I do believe it works like magic. The other day I had a paint transfer on my car. It was white paint ( don't know who did it...grrrr). I tried to get it off by a wet cloth but it didn't work. Just then I thought of Magic eraser & it worked like a charm. That ugly white paint was off my car within seconds.

    It definitely works well. However, it produces almost as much cleanup work as it does cleaning power. It creates such a mess when you scrub. It's sort of tiring to do all that scrubbing and then have to go behind yourself and clean up the particles it leaves. Bottom line is that it works. Just be prepared to sweep, wipe up, or vaccum when you are done.

    Pros:
    - this foams are really magic; I used them to clean the car windshields of my two cars. I just used these erasers and water and now I have the cleanest windshields! Period.
    - In the past, I bought and used a number of chemicals to clean the windshields but none actually worked this good.
    - I also have used them to clean the wipers and now I am so satisfied with the results.
    - So, for car windshield and wipers, these erasers are the last thing you may require! Trust me and watch some YouTube videos on "how to" before you get busy. Let me know here how it went.
    - If you think you need to replace your wipers, think twice. Use this eraser to clean and continue using the wipers before replacing them. If you are not happy, replace. Does not harm to try.

    Cons:
    - none to mention. However, when used for clean the wipers, the foam actually was torn apart. The wipers were very clean but the eraser would be hard to re-use after using them to clean the wipers.

    Recommend?
    I recommend this for cleaning the windshield and wipers 100%.
