    Create Professional Greeting Cards from Home
    Create your very own greeting cards right from your home printer with our Heavyweight Matte Greeting Card sets! These greeting cards measure 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" when folded (5 1/2" x 8 1/2" unfolded) and are made from a heavyweight white cardstock. The greeting cards are packaged flat so you can easily run them through your printer. They are scored down the middle for easy folding and to eliminate cracking. A matching amount of white A2 envelopes are also included with this package. The white envelopes are made from a 28lb Bond (70lb text / 105gsm) white paper stock. Each envelope is the standard A2 size of 4 3/8" x 5 3/4" to fit your greeting cards perfectly!

    Our Heavyweight 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Greeting Cards measure 80lb cover and 218 gsm. This means you are getting heavyweight, thick cards that feel more like the type of greeting cards you would find made by the pros. Works on your inkjet or laser printer (and copiers too!). Seems like they would do fine in inkjet as well, although I didn't try that. Nice for when you need to create a specific greeting card or write a note on something blank. They are a nice basic white --- not super bright white, but definitely white and not cream. The edges, crease, and envelopes were all fine. I hope that's helpful!

      This was exactly what I was looking for to make my own cards. The paper and envelopes are of a thick, good quality. Don't feel or look cheap. And what really impressed me was the customer service and resources on the company website. I was able to download a template for the size I needed, easily edit the graphics for the card on my PC, and print to my home printer. I've already saved so much money making my own cards and everyone has been impressed with how cute they are. (no comments about "homemade" - they think I bought them in a store!) One note, the indentation for folding the card in half is sometimes slightly off, but if you take a few extra seconds to make sure you line up the corners when folding it's no big deal. Highly recommend.

      I like to make greeting cards for friends and family on birthdays and holidays because it's fun, but also because I know the card will be thrown away. These are good cards with a nice weight to them and really are perfect if you aren't looking to spend a ton of money. If you want really fancy cards that are heavy or textured, you're going to need to go to Paperchase and spend more.

Only giving it 4 stars because the first box I received was missing an envelop which led to me keeping my hand painted card to myself instead of selling it. Ive ordered three boxes so far and the only problem I had aside from the missing envelope is a couple of crooked cards and a few dented envelopes.

I did not run through a printer, but if you are looking for a good, solid card that will hold up to a variety of crafts these are great.
