    Shatterproof? I guess so but they are certainly breakable, as one ornament had a hole in it with the broken piece rattling around inside of it. The packaging should have had the word "Fragile" printed on it...maybe then the delivery guy wouldn't have just let it drop onto our tiled front porch. And who knows how the package was treated enroute? But they ARE beautiful and look lovely on our tree.
