All pieces in place. I understand some pieces have fallen out for other buyers. Maybe luck of the draw of how it's shipped and handled by the shippers. I've already used pieces out of my kit to drill some holes and hang some hooks, and also tighten up some screws. For doing some simple home repairs or home projects, this is an unbeatable price. Next week, I'll be using this to fix a plaster wall in my old, old basement. I have had no training in any of these projects. They are common sense after some research of how to do them. So, if you want to fiddle around and have some fun with some projects, or save money with some do-it-yourself home repairs, this set works. There are so many pieces that are similar in size - for drilling and driving - that if I get carried away and break or strip down any of these, I have extras. I say this because in the past I've lost a drill bit somewhere inside my back door while installing a dog door. I've also stripped a lot of driving bits and screw drivers. So, I'm not the best with tools, but I accomplish my goals! Having just received this set last week and already proud with my achievements using it, I'm having blast with it. For less then $25, this set will last me for several years for the purposes I purchased it for. Just the projects I already finished and the plaster wall repair to come makes it worth the purchase compared to other tool sets with far less pieces for around the same price to get the drilling and driving pieces I needed in certain sizes. With this kit, I feel like I have so many spare pieces that will cover for my future errors to come. I can't vouch for professionals looking for their tools. I don't know enough to compare quality. For someone like me who is self-taught as I go, this set gives me the confidence to get the projects and repairs done, saving a lot of money in the process by not hiring someone to do what I used to fear to do myself.
