I’m 27 years old and I was lucky enough to never have had any issues with acne. I would get a zit here and there, but even as a teenager, if I had 3 zits on my face at once that was a lot. Around 6 months ago, I noticed my face was so oily at times and I was breaking out. I have always been the guy the buys the same soaps and shampoos, etc. I have a prescription acne medication and that hasn’t done the trick. I’m pretty sure that I have tried every face wash under the sun. I have only had this about a week, but it seems to be working. It doesn’t dry my face out completely like other washes intended for acne seemed to do. But, I have to agree with the other reviewers on the fluidity of the liquid, without squeezing it, you’ll get way more than necessary. However, being the optimistic person I am, I bought a few travel toiletry bottles at Walmart for less than a dollar and I put it in them, one for at home, and one for my gym bag. I’m sure that might seem unnecessary, but I like the way it works; no fragrance, burning, itching, irritation to have a face wash that works!

    I suffer from occasional cystic acne, which is frustrating because it's not due to hygene and can be painful and difficult to deal with. Dr. Bronner's soap dried my face out and typical acne face washes were too harsh for me (used Oxy as a teenager, but no longer necessary and is overly drying).

    Tried this because I enjoy Every Man Jack shave gel and after reading the ingredients list on this product I was impressed. I'm a bit of a chemistry/ingredient nerd and tend to research individual ingredients and look for stuff I like. This stuff has an impressive amount of really good skin conditioners for being 1) so cheap and 2) a men's product. Usually the better skin conditioners can be found in womens' products that have prices, looks, and scents I don't like. Aloe, panthenol, glycerine, allantoin, white tea, chamomile, rose hip, borage, flax, that's all really really good stuff.

    Using it was just as I had hoped. It's thick, slick, and cleans without overdrying. Not sure why some people are calling it watery. It's not a cream, so it's not super stiff, but its definitely not watery and I had no problem with it flowing out too fast. It's left my face feeling great. Definitely recommend, especially when it's this cheap.

    First I would like to start out and say it looks like Amazon fixed the supply issues that were causing some people to get the wrong product in the tube.

    Now on the the review. I've tried a few different men's face washes and this and Cremo face wash are by far my favorite. This is relatively inexpensive compared to some other and face wash products. I don't have any big acne problems but this appears to work great and keeps me from getting anything. This product doesn't leave you skin feeling dry or sticky like some other products which is why I like it much better than a few of the others I have tried.

    The smell changed from the last time I purchased the product. It isn't some terrible smell but it is a more chemical smell than the previous one. Kinda smells like a very weak chlorine like smell.

    Overall it's a good product and one that I would definitely recommend.

    I don't know if the product seal was already broken when it left the warehouse or broken because the product was shipped by itself in a bubble mailer. Either way, the product seal is broken on a supposedly non-returnable item (and why? Because the seal that I didn't break is broken??). Trying to return it put me through an ouroboros loop of instructions three times before I gave up and wrote this review. The product works great, smells pretty nice, and rinses clean without being drying. I'm glad I found it reasonably priced, but I'm deeply annoyed that it arrived compromised.

    I've been using this face wash for years now and it's shown to be the most effective in combatting acne. I've tried numerous brands such as Clearasil, Proactive, and more, and none of them do nearly as much as this cleanser does. I use it twice (sometimes thrice) daily in conjunction with a non-comedogenic moisturizer. It doesn't prevent all of my outbreaks, but it reduces their intensity/frequency by about 80%.

    First and far most you have to know what salicylic acid does. This wash is great for washing the surface of your skin. Its effective at getting rid of oil, grease, and dirt on the surface gives a good clean feeling. However it does not clean out the pores where acne bacteria thrive so it wont clear up your skin and its too thin for its container the soap often leaks out especially in my gym bag. The fact that it has no fragrance and looks like thick water gives it a plus but for moderate to severe acne you should use this in conjuction with a glycolic acid wash works great together
