These are very impressive. I sew just about daily doing upholstery and home decorative soft furnishings. I have several pairs of good quality fabric shears and decided to add this pair to my collection just because I seem to be misplacing my shears all the time so I can't have too many.
This pair immediately became my favorite. They are sturdy, solid metal but still light weight. They're not at all stiff, ao I can use them all day with no fatigue to my hand. I love the offset of the sharp blades because it makes it easy to keep the bottom blade on the cutting surface which greatly reduces shifting and stretching of fabrics while cutting around patterns. The thin pointed tips allow these full size scissors to accurately clip seam and corners as well as a pair of small snips.
Even when compared to a large selection of quality scissors, this pair really stands out for comfort, design, and their great value! If you're only going to get one pair of scissors (and actually keep up with them, unlike me), I highly recommend these.

I thought I read reviews, but guess not..
Question: Why do these brand new scissors come so scratched? I saw these on a YouTube video & the user said the brand so I immediately came to Amazon to look for these bad boys. I scrolled through the pictures, place them in my cart, & purchase. Scissors arrive, excitedly open the box & see they are scratched ALL over… why? I bought these specifically to cut cotton macrame cord/string. After the scratched up disappointment, I have used them since they have gotten here. I thought they were super sharp when first using them, but find they have had some trouble cutting through regular 3ply 3mm braided cotton cord the more I use them… literally just trimming the excess string off or frayed edges being cut evenly. Very disappointing since I don’t typically splurge on things like an extra pair of scissors. Also, they have started to squeak when opening or closing, it’s a terrible sound. I want to love these so bad, but I just feel like I could have just used my regular scissors I already have at home now (only after a few days of use). I grabbed them just now to look & it seems as though the blade on the thumb handle is sharp but the blade attached to all the other fingers handle is flat & not sharp at all.. I am not sure if this is how they are made & how they should be, but it seems as though having both blades sharpened would help it slide right through the macrame cording/string.

Very happy with these scissors. I have been collecting white and gold office accessories and these went perfectly with the theme. They are very durable but not so heavy that they tip over my pen cup like the last pair did. Also a good length, I found that 10" was far too large for a pair of office scissors, but these are just fine. I will rarely use them, but they're pretty though :)

Good, sharp pair of scissors. Love the gold grips. So, read a few reviews about how they couldn't open the scissors, and yes, they're pretty tight. You have to loosen the screw in the middle for it to open. I used round nose pliers to hold on to the screw, and loosened it.

But OMG why a new product comes in so scratched ??? The blade looks fine , but the handle itself ? Really ? A new scissors scratched like this ? It’s seems that blade is been changed but handle been used because it’s insane that new scissors would appear looking like that .... I hope so one thing only that the blade Will work well othervise I will request a refund ...
