I ordered on Wednesday, it came on Friday. My hamsters loved it, they are om the younger side so the protein content is good. But too high protein for adult hamsters, mice, rats etc. of course pair with a good mix. I'd even go as far as to add a small pinch of plain shredded wheat in there as this block is low in fiber. Otherwise this is a great product!
