
Indian Mango Lassi (Dairy Free)

- 1-½ cups mango (sliced)
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt
- ¼ cup unsweetened oat milk (or nondairy milk of choice)
- 1-2 tsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- Dash cardamom
- Dash cinnamon
- Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
- In blender, blend mango, yogurt, milk and spices.
- Sweeten to taste with honey and blend again.
- Pour into serving glasses and garnish with mint.
