This fit the bill perfectly. Other than being boring and low-visible black, all the other attributes worked at the right price. He is 5'5", 140 lbs, and the small fit well; he does not like baggy clothes, and this was form fitting enough for his needs. It did not bother him that the zipper was "reversed". It seemed to repel water well during a downpour. Overall, a great purchase.

Works very well as windbreaker or light raincoat. On cooler days, there is room for fleece underneath. Arms are elasticized at wrist with generous length. Leave one in the car for convenience - stuff sack keeps it clean. I own three.
