    Ask yourself "How many more summers do you have that you can jump off the side of a boat" - a metaphor I think for how short a time we are on this planet! I only bought this book yesterday and admittedly have only read a few pages but that really made me sit up and think!! Its a lovely feel good book, filled with good advice. Who ever heard of swilling coconut oil around your mouth for 20 minutes while doing yoga? I haven't done it yet, but I'm going to give it a try. Think about yourself for once (not others) and buy this book and take the time to read it and then JUST DO IT!!

    This is an excellent book, great quality ,beautiful photos clear and simple ideas to help you stay positive and lots of tips to help you
    get healthy and fit. Something for everyone and you can just pick it up at any page and take something for the day. Very inspiring, great for all. I ordered 6 more books thats 6 great christmas presents taken care of.

    I was a bit sceptical of a 'lifestyle' title with famous names behind it, but I really like this book! It's beautifully presented and, as a registered yoga teacher & health and nutrition coach, I feel the advice on offer is sound. I made the lemon & poppyseed omelette twice this weekend for breakfast - it's that good! This would make a lovely gift for anyone looking to make healthy but unintimidating lifestyle changes.

    I really recommend this book if only for Amber Rose's contributions. She has some wonderful recipes beautifully photographed with wonderful commentary. This is a real feel good book to flick through and inspire you to get healthy. I think at a tenner it's well worth it. A truly lovely book. Well done.

    Love this book, it's just wonderful and so inspiring. I also love the lay out and design and that it was written by a bunch of inspiring woman, fun to read their different opinions on self care.

    Love this book! Looks great on the coffee table & it's a great read too. Well written & full of recipes, advice and an enlightening read. It is very heavy but who cares!!

    A really lovely inspiring book. I bought this as a drive to improve my health and wellbeing now I've hit 50. Rated it only 4 star as it is written for a younger readership - not a woman of my age. Still, there is something for every woman in this but not a lot to learn after years of reading all sorts of health books. A great buy mainly for a young woman in early youth.

    Fab book really encapsulates what positive lifestyles changes are about and not in a preachy way. Would recommend it to
    Anyone thinking about investigating a change nutritionally or physical exercise wise.

    This is my favorite book ever! I love reading it, looking through recipes, fun made from scratch potions, homemade remedies and then in the back there's stretches, yoga, meditation and more. It covers it all when you're in need of some quiet moments.

    Purchased this item as a gift that was requested by the person, got it in a bag that seemed to be unopened, when I went to wrap it I noticed a sticky substance on the front cover and damage / marks all over it. This is obviously a used product from the damage to the cover and pages which are yellowed and dog eared.

    The book itself is good. However when I opened it it was covered in black marks on the front cover and had dents on the back. Very disappointed on how the book arrived. I had also ordered it to use as a coffee table book and now won't be able to.
