Great product! I'll be honest and say that while I have laid on it, I have yet to try to sleep on it because of problems I'm having with my cervical spine. If I didn't always end up on my stomach sleeping, I'd be ecstatic about using this pillow as it relieves pressure on my shoulder and neck. Yet, I will say that the comfortable firmness of the pillow is quite wonderful! Wow! I'm keeping it because I bought it as a Lightning Deal on Amazon for $15 and the support it provides for side-sleeping appears excellent. I am going to try falling asleep on it soon--I'm just nervous about rolling over and hurting my neck. (See my further review on Snowbirds comment! A dream to fall asleep on. PERFECT FOR SIDE-SLEEPERS!)
Of course, when you receive it packaged, it's rolled up flat. Once you let is air for several hours, throw it in the dryer on AIR DRY, no heat. It comes out completely fluffed up yet firm! Amazing! Had I known it would fluff as much as it did, as a stomach sleeper I would have left it in the compressed state to sleep on. (back-sleepers should leave it compressed as well)
This is an excellent pillow for those who read in bed and need the support of a great pillow against the headboard, as well as for side-sleepers.
