The mirror will have a plastic film on the mirror to protect it in shipping. just peel it off and you can see your self.

No, it comes with a clear film over the mirror that has to be removed. Good product but the light is really dim, more decorational than funcional

There is a protective screen over it that peels off - maybe the other reviewer didnt know she was supposed to peel it off. It is not a real mirror but you can see very clearly in it.

It is not a real mirror, but new metalic high gloss reflective, the child can definitely see themselves after the plastic film is removed ' per the instructions'. I would not want a real glass mirror that could possibly break and cut my child or grand-child. This is sufficient for the childs needs.

The mirror is not real glass but one can definitely see oneself in it. I don't know what wear and tear may do to it but I haven't seen my granddaughter touch it...only looks into it. It's a good safety feature as far as I'm concerned and once the child is older she can grow into a vanity with a real mirror.

No, the makeup does not come with it. I purchased my daughter disney princess lip gloss and finger nail polish at Target. It does come with a real comb, brush and mirror set. It is purple and very cute

No, those are stickers that decorate the front and top surface of the vanity. I found lots of child lip gloss, nailpolish, a cute princess kit that had a hairdryer that actually blows air. Walmart,Target,KMart all carry these products.

It does not come with the makeup but does have stickers of makeup and jewelry that you can apply to the table area to make it look more lively. I do not know where to purchase the makeup shown in the picture but any dress up section would have them I am sure.
