Full of easy quick recipes, a great place to start on your healthy eating journey. Book is just over 200 pages, it's well presented and colourful, includes information about her lifestyle as well recipes!

    It arrived sinner than expected and the way the book is set out is amazing. I can't wait to try more of these foods, from now I'm so impressed. They are so easy but some people may not of even heard of some of the meals. Which is good because we learn more things everyday but the book is to keep a balanced diet not new recipes we've never heard of so I just love my Charlotte book. All I need now is the bum blitz. I am a big fan of Charlotte but if I didn't like her I'd still say this book is worth buying. It's that good I'm willing to buy again for my friends. I'm so happy with what I've got. So I suggest you get yourself one if you haven't all ready. I'll be posting on my twitter charlottes food results so if your interested into have a little look at what's in her book.     I love this book for many reasons and I find charlottes story very relatable. It is good to read for inspiration and the recipes included and quick and simple. One of the main reasons I love this book is that the recipes are mainly cooked for 1-2 people, which cuts down on wastage or over portioning! She says in the book she gets most of her fruit and veg from cheap supermarkets which has made cooking healthy cheaper and more enjoyable for myself. Non of it is over complicated and there is even a section on cocktails! One of my best buys.

    Being an avid fan of Geordie Shore and watching how Charlotte has changed over the months I thought I would buy her book as I already have her DVD. Firstly this book is so funny and written in her own inimitable style but the recipes are easy to follow look gorgeous and I cant wait to get started on them. Definitely would recommend you buy this book and specially if you like Charlotte and her way with words.

    I don't like reality TV and have no interest in Charlotte Crosby but this book got such good reviews i decided to give it a go, and i'm glad I did. Great recipes, easy to find ingredients but best of all a really sensible approach to weight loss from Charlotte . It appears aimed at younger people but that didn't put me off , in fact I'm really glad there's a sensible voice out there speaking out on food to different demographics. You don't need to exclude anything or starve yourself to lose weight. Well done Charlotte !

    Pre-ordered this book and couldn't wait for it to arrive, I've been trying to eat healthy for the past year or so and managed to lose over 2 stone with diet and exercise but now I'm near my target weight I had reached the wall I stopped losing weight and was fed up of food. Changing my diet up with this book has given me motivation again and the recipes are all easy to follow quick to make and taste amazing. Great for when you're stuck in a routine! Charlottes done it again!! Very happy

    Super impressed with this book. I absolutely love Charlotte and it was interesting to read about her journey. Recepies are easy and simple which I think is a good thing because when you're exercising and living a busy life you don't have hours to spend in the kitchen! The quality of the images and the actual book itself are 10/10 and I love how quirky it is, just like Charlotte !

    I found this book so supportive and inspiring. I couldn't figure out some of the recipes, as I'm in the US, and some of the cooking times/temps are different, but I loved it anyway.

    Ich bin so positiv überrascht von diesem Buch, dass ich direkt eine gute Rezension schreiben wollte, um meine Freude an diesem Buch zu teilen.
    Zum Aufbau lässt sich sagen, dass es sich ein zwei Teile gliedert.
    Zunächst beschreibt Charlotte, wie sie es geschafft hat abzunhemen, fit zu werden und einfach einen gesunden Lebensstil zu führen.
    Im zweiten Teil stellt sie dann ihre Rezepte vor, die sie bis heute immer wieder begleiten.

    Was mir besonders gefallen hat, dass das Buch einen zeigt, wie man einen gesunden Lebensstil auch in seinen Alltag integrieren kann, ohne es von vorne bis hinten zu ändern und auf alles zu verzichten.
    Die Autorin betet einen nicht vor, dass man jeden Tag ein hardcore-Training absolvieren muss und nur Kalorien zählen.
    Sondern, wie man leckere und gesunde Rezepte schnell und einfach zubereitet, wie man regelmäßiges Training in allen möglichen Formen in den Alltag integrieren kann, ohne es zu übertreiben und vorallem, wie man sich realistische Ziele setzt und sich motiviert weiterzumachen.
    Ich glaube ich muss dieses Buch nur noch angucken, und in immer wieder auf's Neue motiviert.
    Zu den Rezepten kann ich sagen, dass sie super einfach und lecker sind.
    Auch gehören die Zutaten zu den Basics und sind im Supermarkt etc. erhältlich. Keine überteurten Nachrungsmittel, dessen Namen einen schon Angst machen. Trotzdem sind die Gerichte originell und abwechslungsreich.

    Falls manche Leute bedenken haben, dieses Buch auf englisch zu kaufen, kann ich euch sagen, dass es wirklich gut verstädnlich und nicht zu schwierig geschrieben ist.
    Auch wird man nicht überfordert mit vielen englischen Fachbegriffen usw.
    Bei den Rezepten muss man vielleicht 1 oder 2 Zutaten nachgucken, aber hier hält sich die Schwierigkeit in Grenzen.

    Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen dieses Buch zu kaufen.
    Und ich hoffe wirklich, dass es noch ein weiteres gibt.

    Ich hatte mir vor dem Kauf des Buches schon Charlotte Crosbys Workout-DVD "3 Minute Belly Blitz" gekauft und war sehr begeistert. Aus diesem Grund hatte ich mich entschieden dieses Buch zu kaufen.
    Ich finde das Buch sehr gut gegliedert. Der Rezeptteil des Buches ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die Rezepte sind lecker und die Zubereitung meist einfach. Zusätzlich zu den gesunden und leckeren Rezepten schreibt Charlotte Crosby über ihre Beweggründe für ihren neuen gesunden Lebensstil und wie sie diesen in ihrem Alltag einbaut. Ich fand diese Erzählungen besonders interessant und motivierend, weil sie auch davon spricht, wie schwer es für sie am Anfang war. Sie vermittelt einem das Gefühl, dass man es schaffen kann!

    Ich persönlich finde Charlotte Crosby sehr sympathisch und empfinde ihren Schreibstil als sehr angenehm. Die englische Version des Buches ist leicht verständlich!
