    Unfortunately these are the thicker Slovenia made glasses. I already the originals made in Germany and one broke so I purchased this to replace the set. This stem is much thicker than my set. Plus the platinum rim is too thick. Also the glass is soo freaking heavy! The ones I have are light weight. I was sad to learn this. This holds more liquid than the German made glass.
    -This is great if you are building a new set, But if you already have this set it will not match the others.
