The inseam will be comparable to the size that was being worn before the pregnancy. For example, if a size 12 was worn before the pregnancy, a size 12 in maternity wear will still fit properly.

Loved them. Just need more colors.

Pros: soft, very lightweight, very stretchy. Cons: they are short even though I'm only 5'5 1/2". The back rise is a bit low and the back waistband gapes a little. Also, they have a REALLY strong smell, from the dye and the rubber in the elastic. Normally I wouldn't care but since these are for pregnant women, it can't be great to breathe those fumes. I recommend washing at least 3 times and maybe hang them outside to dry if you can. That should help.

Mixed Review for these

I like the color and stretch of these jeans and the legs fit well, but that's where the positives end. The material is very flimsy and the thread of the stitching is very itchy and uncomfortable. The worst thing about them is that they gap horribly in the back of the waistband where there is no panel; if I sit or bend over I am WAY more exposed than I am comfortable with! Obviously you cannot wear a belt when you are pregnant, and I can't go out in public like that, so these are being returned.

Uncomfortable & Inaccurate sizing

The material was itchy and they were very short. I'm 5'7 and they looked like capris. The smell of the dye was also extremely strong. Not a fan!

The waist is huge and the pants are short if you're taller than 5'6". Returned.
