The display of the scorer is electronic but the input of the score is manual.

There is a LED electronic scorer and it will sensor the score automatically. Also, there are manual scorers at two ends. You could choose either one of the scorers you like.

It has both. Manual scorers for each end and an electronic scorer. However, my electronic scorer never worked and after a 3 hour assembly, I'm not sure I have the patience to start over with replacement parts. Too bad, the electronic scorer had nice sound effects.

The quality is not top notch, but works fine. And considering the price, I would say it is a good deal. I did not put on the electronic score board, because the mechanical ones are enough for us.

At the time we were assembly, under the shadows of previous reviews, plus the item looked like a return from someone else, we felt kind of doomed. The board for the field looked like would fall off anytime, and it seemed very hard to screw in the players onto the rods.

However, when we were done with it (after about 4 hours), it worked fine. And it is now our break-away-from-a-screen toy, and 10 minutes of play will get you jump and yell, quite fun actually!

It was a great buy the kids love it it's very easy to assemble and sturdy I recommend it for the kiddos!

Not too bad to asembal, some of the joles did not line up but quick fix with a drill. One end piece was damaged but just added an extra screw ant then good to go

It takes some time to put together, a bunch of pieces. Two people recommended by the manual which needs to be read carefully.
Once assembled, seems a little flimsy, it shouldn't be a problem if used with caution, specially when moved around.
Let see how long it lasts. Kids loved it and it actually looks really good to the eye!

Good for the price.

First off I got it for 29bucks. When I opened it, four major pieces were broken (smashed and not usable). Called MD Sports and they sent four new parts. Of the four sent one was damaged, but it was damaged in an area that still made it usable, so I went with it. Assembly took around 2 hours. The MDF boards on some of the parts are so thin it's is practically cardboard. Once all together it seems somewhat stable (MDF in its parts is very brittle, but once together it is much stronger). As others stated, I had to get out my drill on do some pre-drilling so the screws would go in straight. Scoreboard worked for me, but even if it broke, I would just use the manual scorers. Overall I think it may last a few years, depending on the usage. For 29 bucks it was worth it.

For the price it may be worth it.

Paint on blue players is horrible; splotchy and marred. Waited 3 days for replacements and they're no better. Paint on table legs is all scratched up, but I figured I could live with that. Took me 3 hours to put together and lo and behold -- the electronics are broken. Now waiting for a new end table piece. Unfortunately that means I have to take the whole thing apart and start over. Do yourself a favor, buy another brand.

Steer clear of this product

when i got the order, i waited a couple of days to open, so that my son n law could put it together, when he open the box, he said that the goal was not stapled together, i though that it was no big deal, then he took out more pieces which were broken and chipped. i was very disappointed with this product. call the company you don't get to talk to a real person, on have to leave a message, some one called back on a private number, missed the call, was told to call back with the part numbers so be replaced. so i this took it back to walmart and got my money back

3 legs were the same. Had a children's party and made it work, but was not what I expected out of WalMart.

Holes were not pre-drilled in the pieces. Screws were missing heads. Some pre-drilled holes did not line up properly. Metal poles were missing pre-drilled holes. Some pre-drilled holes were too large for the screws provided. I would NOT recommend this product.

Poorly Constructed

We opened this gift on Christmas Eve to put together for the kids from Santa and it was broken! We had go duct tape and glue it just to have a Santa gift. Took three hours to put together and now we have to disassemble to return it! Such a load of junk!

Received broken!! Cheap!
