Delivery
All orders received before 6pm will be dispatched the next working day (Monday- Friday) provided cleared payment is received. We do not currently ship items over the weekend and, any orders that are placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. We currently use Royal Mail postal services. Delays can occur due to seasonal rush or delivery network related issues and, if so we will inform all customers.

Payment
We accept payments made through PayPal Only. All payments must be made through the eBay checkout within 7 days of winning your item(s) stock availability cannot be guaranteed after this point and your item may be re-listed.
Returns
We expect you to be happy with your purchase however, we recognize that there are occasions where a customer needs to return an item to us.
I’ve changed my mind
You may change your mind and cancel part or all of your order with us at any time up to fourteen days after you receive the item. To do this, please contact us by email so we can make arrangements to return the item. Please note that the right to change your mind does not extend to personalised items or CDs/DVDs/Computer Software where the seals have been broken. You are obliged to take reasonable care of the item and return to us in resell able condition. We will accept the return if the item has been kept in the condition in which it was received. This does not affect your right to inspect the items upon receipt. We will issue you a full refund of the money you have paid (including original shipping costs to send the item to you, where applicable). Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs to send the item back to us.
There’s a problem with my order
In the rare event of you noticing a problem or fault with the item you have received, please report to us via email within 7 days of purchase so that we can quickly rectify the problems to your satisfaction. Depending on the problem, we will, at our discretion, replace, repair or refund your money in full, including original shipping costs. If we ask for you to send the item back to us, we will cover any shipping costs incurred in full.”
