These work great with my Viewsonic PJD5533W They are lightweight and relatively comfortable. The nose piece is not the most comfortable, but for a few hours it is tolerable. They are easy to charge, and easy to operate. I have now bought four pair total and I am very happy with them. If you buy a powered USB hub, you could charge them all simultaneously. I don't know how long the batteries last, but mine have never quit in the middle of a movie. These are the way to go for 3-D on the DLP projector.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2015The package arrived in new, unopened, undamaged condition. The package includes the glasses, instruction booklet, a cloth case and a reusable wipe to clean the lenses. Even though they are rechargeable, they actually already had a charge out of the box, so I didn't have to wait hours just to take them on a quick test drive.
On/Off is a simple, one button function, which I like. They fit fairly well over my script glasses, so I don't have to be so conscious of wearing contacts when I want to watch 3-D. They are comfortable on the nose and ears as well.
My setup is an Optoma H180x projector (720p native). I just gave these a quick test using the Tin Tin bluray. The connection was instant, with only a slight jittery transition when the disc moved from the Menu to starting the actual film.
The results are simply beyond excellent in reproducing 3-D imagery. As I said, my projector isn't 1080p native, but the 1080p Vizio tv I have running passive 3D can't begin to compare to how stunning the quality is. I have to attribute at least some of the credit to the quality of these glasses. There is absolutely no flicker, even in the low lit room of midday with shades drawn, and the colors were just as vibrant as 2D viewing.
At this time, I can't list any negatives, other than the general prices of active shutter glasses compared to passive tech, but we all know that going in. If any crop up, I'll be sure to add those down the road. All in all, I have to say, my first impressions are very favorable and I'll be adding more of these to the HT for family and guests.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2015To sum this review down into one sentence: This 4-pack of 3D glasses could easily sell for twice as much - buy them while they're hot!
A little bit about my setup:

Various media inputs via HDMI: MacBook Pro, PS4, 3D BluRay, etc...
These amazing glasses
Where do I begin? Like many of you reading this review, I am very critical of what I purchase. I will spend hours agonizing over making the perfect purchase, and all roads led me to these glasses.
What do I like about these glasses?
1.) Their build is impeccable. This was my main fear - investing my time and money on something that is just going to fall about. These glasses will not. They are lightweight, yet sturdy. Certainly not heavy enough to cause any discomfort to my ears/nose when I am wearing them OVER my already BIG "hipster glasses."
2.) Their functionality. No setup is required. Just make sure you are playing a 3D movie on a 3D TV with the 3D setting on. Press the button the bridge of the glasses once to turn on, hold it for 3 seconds to turn off. It is that simple. They just work. Having never dealt with 3D, I was terrified that I would get these glasses and have no idea how to get everything working right. Worry not, my fellow Amazonians.
3.) Battery life. The page's description is a bit off on this - the batteries last longer than 30 hours. I would estimate about 35-40 hours of use.
4.) The extras. You get a soft fabric sleeve and a microfiber cleaning cloth for each pair of glasses. This makes for easy and safe storage that pretty much cleans your glasses in the process of putting them away.
5.) Simplicity. Even my parents can use them without my help. This should be a key selling point for the majority of us. ;)
Pure happiness!
- Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2013Updating 2-8-2016- I should have been MORE leery. I bought 10 pairs of these for my home theater. After 18 months the non-replaceable batteries will not take a charge. looks like they will become trash soon. i tried to contact the manufacturer/distributor. No luck.
DO NOT BUY.
ORIGINAL REVIEW - i was leery of ordering these since they were so inexpensive. They charge through any USB charging point and work extremely well.
I am using them with BenQ 1080ST projector and a FAVI 120" screen. I was happy with the projector and screen before trying 3D. The 3D you get with these glasses is as good as the movie theater... why would anyone pay the ridiculously high prices I see for other glasses? They are DLP-Link technology so I doubt they work with all systems but for me they are top notch.

4.0 out of 5 stars Cheap and works
Glasses work but you need to read the little manual since all functions are done with only one button. You can power on, power off, switch eye sequence (for 3d purpose, like left first or right) and you can also get to know if the battery still good, all this with one button! I noticed it requires a lot of darkness in the room. With my h5360, I needed to be night time to get it to work and be close to the screen. This is the dlp3d technology, the glasses need to "catch" a white flash integrated to the movie by the projector. The white flash is unoticable, but the glasses will catch it if you're close enough and the lights are closed in the room. I don't know if other brands are better to "catch" the white flash, but it works OK at night. The lens are perfect, batteries rechargeable, manual says it all, dont worry for the price it is a good buy.
