The roses are the size of a dime. Pretty gold color just like in the pic. It fits perfectly on my head. I usually have trouble getting hair accessories to stay in my head bc my hair is silky and my head is oval shape, unlike the round shape of most headbands. But this headband will fit any head shape bc it is a chain and also has a stretchy string..rope..thing for the back of the head. My only problem is that the links catch in my hair so i have to get it right the first time i put it in, which rlly isnt that hard, bc theres no adjusting it once u put it on bc it catches my hair. A bit of a pain getting it out, but not that bad. But besides that. I absolutely love it. It is so adorable and classy

    I knew I had to have this headband as soon as I saw the price! This hair accessory can be used with a regular, everyday outfit and your head down or it can be a great accessory for a night out on the town with an updo. The bands are sturdy and weren't too tight against my head and the black band blended easily into my hair so that I didn't have an unsightly band around my head.The metallic covering on the roses wasn't gaudy enough to blind people if they looked so that was a big plus. The roses are made of some type of metal and I haven't had any trouble with any of them breaking off yet (I've worn it many times). For such a low price, I will definitely be ordering many more items from this line so I can have a little something in my hair to go with whatever I'm wearing for the day. Thanks for such a high quality headband!

    Its very pretty but what am I going to do with it? It broke the second I tried it on. The elastic part is too tight and what is holding the metal to the elastic is just a tiny ring that swings open when there is pressure (the pulling of the band being stretched). I might find a different elastic to fix it and maybe wear it but as of now I still have not been able to wear it. I waited for over a month to get it, and paid very little but definitely not worth the wait.

    This headband is very pretty for the money. While obviously for the price it's plastic, it actually looks very nice and not cheap at all. I think that if you bought this in a box store, you would pay at least triple the price.

    Problem is, the black elastic part of it is not nearly long enough. So while I was able to momentarily stretch it onto my head, it felt like a vise and then instantly it slid off.

    I think I'm going to pass it along to a friend who has two girls and maybe it will fit one of them,

    Love it! I wear it as a headband and it really stands out. It's a bit tight, the clasps that holds the band to the roses have broken twice already but it was easy to reattach and the joints between the roses pull the hair a bit, but if you flip it around to the smoother side, hen the pulling isn't a problem. The price was fantastic and the quality is good.

    I have a small head, as been told be many people. So I don't use it for a head band. Just a hassle and my head feels like it's being strangled when wearing this.

    Therefore I use it as a necklace- seeing if you can get in/out of your head. Looks nice when I put on with one of my collared shirts. But some picky people well comment if that's a headband your wearing around your neck there.

    Shipping came fast I guess, didn't forget it about it during the time so yeah.
    Quality good-tight I LIKE IT, yes would recommend to some friends with small heads, younger ages.

    So I bought this a very long time ago that I had forgotten that I had bought it so I barely wore it today. And as I put it on my head it snapped! LOL! Its alright though cause it was like a dollar and I just tied a knot and fixed it. Its really pretty though, even if it snaps you can totally fix. AND I saw it at Claires for $12 so, you just got yourself a good deal!
