Sharp scissors, but uncomfortable
Those are sharp scissors, but unfortunately the handles made for fingers are uncomfortable. I am not going to use them often for this reason

I can cut straight with these
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these the other day, and I love them. One side of the scissors have a sharp straight edge which allows me to be able to cut straight. The scissors work well for cutting alot of different things. I use these scissors for everything from sewing to crafts.

Small, but mighty!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these little scissors. I often need small scissors for craft, crochet, or sewing jobs and these have quickly become my favorites. The are lightweight and feel amazing in my hand. They remain comfortable even after long periods of use. And they are kidding when they say knife edge...wowza these babies are sharp! I have cut through several thick layers or fabric with them, and even took up some jeans and they cut through the denim like butter. I couldn't be more impressed. I see these scissors being in my craft supplies for many many years to come. I'm also contemplating grabbing a couple of pairs for my friends who sew! They would make a great gift!

A Quality Pair of Scissors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Gingher 5" Knife Edge Sewing Scissors for my wife. She has a gift for sewing, etc. and needs quality products to get the job done. Gingher is quality.
Having said that, in the box you get the scissors and a sheath. I know nothing about sewing scissors. All I can tell you is that these things are ridiculously sharp and the action on them is smooth and tight. Given how sharp they are, I can see why Gingher provides a sheath.
Now, according to my wife, who has Gingher products of other sizes and edges, these are not as good as her 8" Gingher's for cutting fabric. Not that they can't... they can, with ease. As a side note, my wife said to point out how well these scissors cut through knit fabric. The issue is that her longer Gingher shears do the work in half the time. Now, my wife did find that these scissors a spectacular for what she called "notching." She said that she was using Gingher thread snipping shears to "notch" and that the 5" knife scissor was so much better and match notching much easier.
Since I know nothing about scissors, I asked her to provide a rating. She said that these are a solid five star when used for notching or when cutting in small areas. They are super sharp and get the job done with ease. My wife said that she definitely recommends the purchase of these and any Gingher products if you are serious about sewing.

High quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Gingher knife edge scissors are very well made. The metal is heavy and the cutting edge is very sharp! I have found these to be very helpful when cutting around edges when I am doing applique. Have also used them to cut smaller shapes when making an intricate quilt top and they worked much better than the bigger scissors I normally use. I would recommend this knife edge scissors to anyone who enjoys sewing.

Precision and Quality!

It cuts through many layers at a time, provides a smooth cut, and has a grip that feels firm without being too bulky. They're also easy to store, easy to polish, and even make you feel extra fancy when using them. Definitely recommend!

My lines are crisp

I have been able to finally find a pair that will cut through just about anything (including flowering wire) I cannot stress how lovely these scissors are and how easy it has been for me to create beautiful pieces

Smooth cut
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these on a few different materials knowing they are sewing scissors but man do they have a smooth cut. These are probably one of the best sewing scissors I have found. They cut smoothly and don’t leave loose bits that some other scissors I have tried do. These are absolutely amazing and I’ll defiantly seek these out in the future when I am in the market for great maybe amazing sewing scissors. They honestly cut like butter. Smoothest cut I have ever done!
