Not Reliable Company and NO customer service
I ordered 2 bottles and was charged for 2. They shipped only 1. I have emailed customer service and have not received any help.

Took a month to receive and its open!
Rating based on Joann service. Took a month to receive, I don't even need it anymore because it took so long. But I can't return it as its open, who's going to believe that it came like that. I'll never order anything online from Joann's again

"Keeping it all together"
I used the Mod Podge to keep a puzzle together. I have used it for puzzles in the past and have been pleased with the finish. I use Matte finish. If you have a picture you like and want to keep it, you can hang it with straight pins. I use one in each corner on a seam of the puzzle. If you hold the shaft of the pin and hammer slowly, you won't have a problem unless you hit a stud; then just move to another spot. To remove the puzzle, just pull puzzle out slowly from the wall and the pins will come out.

Crafting must have.
I love Mod Podge and use it regularly in my crafts. I recently used it to cover cardboard boxes with fabric to create cute little sock basket for my closet. I also used it to adhere comic book pages to tile to create coasters. I will continue to use this item.
