I can’t speak for customer service as I never needed to contact the seller But it was shipped extremely fast and is even more amazing in person. The details are outstanding. My only « criticism » is the price. I’m converting into CAD so it goes up significantly fur me, but I appreciate the payment plans offered. Without which I could not afford. But definitely worth the price point

Took around 12 days to arrive but considering that I live halfway across the world, no complaints about that. Quality of the item is better than I expected. Craftsmanship is truly top notch. Overall, a very satisfied customer.
