Fun gaming system, at a fair price...

I got it for my 9 yr olds birthday, first xbox since the origonal i owned. I hate that Microsoft makes you pay to play online, so I dont. I really wouls like to see a standard 1tb hdd offered, as 500gb fills up Fast. Your forxed to buy a external hd for extra storage or upgrade the internal drive. Which you can get a 2tb internal 2.5 hd for 99.99. The controllers arent as nice as the sonys, as you have to use standard AA batteries. Where as sonys are standard rechargables, microsoft charges a additional 24.99 per controller for a chargable battery lack, such a money grab! Subtracted a star for the small hd, and non rechargable controllers.

Friends came over to play PUBG: I have an X & they both had original xbs - which looked like junk compared to the X. Well, I busted out the S so one could run his portable drive through it and while it's no X, the S was far better than the original. Also, this year's Madden is a good game. =)

Best results with a 4K tv. It does involve a lot of downloading and updating that is time consuming so, make sure your internet connection is reliable through wifi or internet port.

The associate that helped me with the purchase said that it would play without the internet once it was downloaded. Maybe we are doing something wrong? Can anyone tell me how to make the game work without the internet?

The 4k and overall quality of the games on this console is amazing. The fact that it came bundled with Madden just gives the console that extra umpffff. Ten thumbs up. One downside, 500gb could go petty fast so will probably end up buying external hard drive

I just bought it tonight for my son for Christmas and got the $59.99 NBA2k18 completely for free. It is actually a little better deal than most Black Friday sales.

- A:Answer The controllers use 2 AA batteries. They also come with them. BUY A CHARGING STATION!. would recommend buying the PowerA - Dual Controller Charging Station for Xbox One. Don't go cheap and buy the Insignia one. With Insignia you have to align the USB ports it is a pain.

For the most part these codes are found on the store receipts and on email they send you. I notice that most of the best buy staff are not inform of this and they do not tell the customers to look on their receipts for the DLC of the games.
