Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thermostat works but it was used and the box did not have all the proper accessories. It will also not connect to my wifi. I'm very disappointed with Bloomingdales allowing this product to be shipped in that state and being used. I have several Nest thermostats and they work flawlessly.
