BOSTITCH RN46-1 Coil Roofing Nailer

Product Description

Lightweight and durable, the Bostitch RN46-1 Coil Roofing Nailer is an ideal tool for roofing, exterior drywall, insulation board, and fiber cement applications. With a patented side-loading canister, zero nail lock-out, easy depth of drive adjustments, and aggressive performance, the RN46-1 is a must-have tool for professional construction workers, builders, roofers, and anyone looking for long-lasting performance from a coil nailer.

Powerful and Accurate Nail Delivery

Amazingly powerful, the RN46-1 is capable of delivering 410 in./lbs. of force at 100 psi. The RN46-1 offers contact trip firing, with the ability to drive up to 100 nails per minute. Contact trip uses a bouncing motion along the workpiece and is great for working on large areas, such as roofs. For shingle work, the RN46-1 features an integrated, tool-less gauge used to control shingle spacing.

Get the Right Depth for the Job

The RN46-1 allows for fast, tool-free depth-of-drive adjustments with its integrated depth dial. The dial has five different settings for finding the perfect driving depth for the job, including flush mount driving, shallow driving, and countersinking.

Coil Roofing Nailer At a Glance:

What's in the box:

(1) RN46-1 Coil Roofing Nailer.

High-Capacity, Quick-Load Magazine Reduces Downtime

To help eliminate downtime, the RN46-1 has a high-capacity magazine that holds up to 120 coil nails. It accepts nails with a shank diameter of 0.120 and a length of 3/4 inch to 1-3/4 inch.

A zero nail lock-out feature eliminates dry firing when the magazine is empty, and it also indicates when it is time to reload. What's more, a patented single-action side-load canister allows for quick and easy nail loading. You simply slide the magazine door open, load the new coil of nails, and close the magazine door--it's that easy.

Designed for Comfort and Durability

The RN46-1 Coil Roofing Nailer is constructed of tough aircraft grade aluminum for durability on the jobsite. What's more, the aluminum is lightweight, so this nailer is easy on your arms.

The nosepiece features a carbide insert for durability and long tool life, while wear guards and skid pads provide protection from damage caused by working on abrasive surfaces.

The over-molded grip provides maximum comfort and gripping ability in any weather condition. That means this roofing nailer can be used for a variety of different applications--inside and out--including exterior drywall, vapor barrier installation, vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, composition roofing, and more.

The Bostitch RN46-1 Coil Roofing Nailer measures 10-1/2 x 4-5/8 x 10-5/8 inches (LxWxH) and weighs 5.8 pounds. It is backed by a seven-year limited warranty.
