There is one strap to carry it with. It is very light and it was easy to sling it over my shoulder and get it to our picnic site.

Does the carrying bag have backpack straps?

I am not totally sure, but I weigh 230 and I feel secure in it.

The $15.00 chair 300Lb....and it works cause im 325lb.

I would not trust anybody sitting in these chairs that weighed over 150 lbs.

Yes, it will work fine although it might sink a little. The fabric will rinse off easily, but it is very lightweight so be careful on windy days.

I don't see why not - no different than any other flip-open chair. You may bring a little sand home with you but as long as you don't mind that, I bring mine to the beach all the time. Better than sitting on the ground...and a drink holder :)

Yes it is a plastic material chair, it would do fine on the beach and water would not ruin it. It may sink into the sand though.. lol

Should be fine for the beach.  Might be slightly wobbly so wouldn&#39;t recommend for a squirmy toddler.

When I spotted this online, I was afraid it may be a "youth" chair, because of the $6.88 price! This is an amazing chair for the price. The weight limit is 225lbs! It's a full size chair & looks like good quality. They are comfortable. I haven't had them long enough to test for durability but I feel if I take care of them that they'll be fine.

I bought these chairs to take to the beach.  They are very good quality for the price and are light enough to carry without difficulty.    I originally thought I wanted webbed lawn chairs but couldn't find any light weight ones that weren't much more expensive.    After ordering two, I immediately ordered two more!

Great price. No bells or whistles, but a good chair for $7!

Bought one for a gift and another to keep as a spare. Should've gotten a couple more, but wanted to check the quality first (frankly, I thought the price was too good to be true).

We tried them out a few times in anticipation of our upcoming camping trip and they seem well made and comfortable. The fabric is thicker than I expected for the price and the color is nice.

Exactly what I expected

I am posting this review as part of my entry in Walmart's Ratings and Reviews Contest. For years I've been camping, hiking and fishing among many other outdoor activities which necessitate camping chairs. In the past, I've always purchased more expensive, big name chairs. Recently, a few of my chairs were stolen and I was looking to replace them all for my next trip. Since I was buying multiple chairs, I didn't want to spend to high price that I normally would. I bought four of these chairs assuming if they didn't do well, I'd at least get my $7 out of them. So far I have had them for over a year and used them each around a dozen times. They are still in excellent condition. My only complaint is that they aren't as large as the chairs I would normally buy.

Excellent for the Price

I like it, it's not super deluxe but it's ok for my needs.......the nylon is a bit rough on bare skin when wearing shorts, but it's fine for me.......never had a portable chair like this before, it's so light weight........now I can donate my really old fashioned heavy one to a thrift shop........

Please note: The maximum weight capacity, of this chair, is 225 pounds. If you need something more durable, I would buy something bigger that can hold a higher weight. With that being said, these are great chairs. We bought them, mostly for our 5 and 3 year old daughters to use, once they outgrow their toddler camping chairs. Last week, when we were camping, my husband and I ended up using these chairs, for ourselves, quite a bit. And, let me say, my husband is 245 pounds. The chairs were just fine, held him great, didn't buckle or have any issues. The fabric is thick and is durable and of good quality. There is a cup holder and a bag, to put the chair in. Both of these options are nice to have. Overall, it's a great chair and you can't beat the price!

Great Quality

Don't buy this chair expecting it to last through weeks and months of outdoor use. If you get to use it for one or two camping trips - you got your money out of it. That being said, I bought mine for my son and it has lasted longer than that and I am pleased at how well it has done. The case, however, came apart at the seam where the strap is connected after carrying it twice. The material is easily punctured and feels almost like it is a combination of paper and cotton. Get it for what you would expect from a $7 camping chair, not for long term use. The attached picture shows where the case split at the seam and the carry strap is lying on the floor.

You Get What You Get For Under $7

I bought 2 of these chair for a weekend of camping. The chairs got the job done, and will now have to be retired. It only took a couple of days for the arm rests to rip off. They served their purpose for one weekend of use. Thats why I have fittingly labled them "Disposable Chairs".

Disposable Chair

I am a slender woman, at 5'5" and only 120 lbs, i am by no means "wide" and in fact have narrower than normal shoulders. This chair is too thin for me to sit in comfortably! the back of the chair is very low, firstly, so you have no back support. and 2ndly, the sides of the chair on the back are so close together even my narrow shoulders cannot comfortably fit. The metal of the back of the chair digs into my shoulders. i can't lean back in the chair because it's not wide enough. so you have a chair that has no back support, and the back is so narrow not even my shoulders can fit in it. skip this unless you are buying it for a child!
