Breakfast was good, our host Yuri was happy to offer eggs and toasties if required but the cold offerings were great. Yuri was very helpful from the moment we landed at the airport to the moment we checked in. Room was very clean and the beds were fantastically comfortable. The location of the B&B was perfect, next to water bus stops and 2 mins walk from St Mark's Square.

The property is situated near Piazza San Marco, very close tot the vaporetto station. The room is comfortable and is cleaned every day. Breakfast available at the property. The cappuccino they serve is sensational.

As a first, location, just 2 mins by walking to the coast where waterbuses stop and 5 mins to San Marco. Too many good restaurants are around there. And cleanless of the room and the place is perfect. All details are considered to make guests relax. Heating is also ok and room size is more than enough, even bathroom is wide and all basic stuffs included. No smell of moisture or mold. That is quite important for us. Bed is comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast is enough and even diet stuffs are considered. Last but not least, thanks for amazing hospitality of Juri and Laura. We will miss Juri's delicious omelet and toast in the breakfast.

Ideally located just a few steps from St. Marco Square. The helpful and friendly host gave us suggestions on the best way to go and where to have dinner. Very good breakfast cooked and served by the host himself. Breakfast cereals, yoghurt, croissants, boiled eggs or omelette of your choice, toast with ham and cheese, fruits, coffee.We would have loved some fresh vegetables too, but that's not the norm in Italy and we respect that. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available in the room. There is a minibar in the room. Very comfortable king size mattress and pillows. The room is clean and warm, the heating worked perfectly. The stone floor is cold, in winter time we strongly recommend to bring slippers.

Great location, close to St Marks square, only 50m from the San Zaccaria water bus stop with no bridges to navigate. The room, friendly host and facilities including a lovely breakfast were excellent. The B&B behind a secure gated area provided a great feeling of added security.

This small B&B (five rooms)is in a central location, probably less than 150m from St Marks Squar). The room we had was a comfortable size with a well fitted bathroom. A nice breakfast was provided and the host, Juri, was very helpful and provided some great places for dinner away from the local tourist traps.
