Cannot review what never arrived.

I cannot review this product because it never arrived. I need it for my son's wedding on March 1st. I went on my Macy's account to purchase history, and when I tracked this purchase it seems to be stuck on processing/shipping to store. an someone please let me know if this item is going to be available for me to pick up at my local Macy's within a couple of days? Completed My Valentine Outfit

The fabric has a nice sheen without looking cheap,and the weight of it is perfect. It stayed put for dancing the night away at the Sweetheart Gala!
