Know before you book

  • To enter a Theme Park, both a reservation and valid ticket for admission to the same Park on the same date are required. You must make a separate reservation for each date you plan to visit, even with a multi-day ticket.
  • Each day of use of the *Disneyland*® Resort Ticket or *Park Hopper*® Ticket constitutes 1 full day of use.
  • Multi-day ticket, unless otherwise stated, tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2025, whichever occurs first.
  • Some attractions may have height restrictions.
  • In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you do not present a valid form of identification, you will not receive admission, and you will not be issued a refund.
  • Disneyland on-site hotel guests can enter theme parks 30 minutes before regular park opening.
  • Children 2 and younger are complimentary.
  • Modified tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Disney California Adventure® Park

These tickets get you in, but expect long ride waits. Went to the parks at a very slow time of year. Crowds were fairly light - lineups are still very long. Disney is pushing people toward purchasing the additional Lightning Lane passes (which still don't get you on the most popular rides - that's and additional additional purchase). Fast Pass system used to work great - but that was free.

Very crowded. Disneyland all-in-all, could work on dealing with crowds of people during peak times. Also, some of the rides were down for extended periods. There should be some kind of digital sign at Rise of the Resistance that lets riders know when the next available walk-in ride will be, and the status of the ride itself.

Evey thing is getting high teck. You don't need a lot of cash most purchases are done in there app so you need a smart phone and a card..

We had a fun time in Disneyland and California Adventure Park. A highlight for us was seeing the new Star Wars area. So much fun and an amazing addition. A downside was dinner at Goofys Kitchen. We had a reservation and were seated an hour after our reservation time and only after my husband asked twice. Dinner was good but not worth the huge price we paid. Definitely would never return. Lunch at Blue Bayou was really good and service was outstanding and the cost was relatively reasonable for the experience. Overall we had a great family vacation.

I was hesitant to book Disneyland tickets via Expedia and not the Disneyland app but opted to give it a try - and am happy that I did! It was a super easy process and I was able to link the tickets to my Disney account without any issues. Great!

Purposely chose a time of year where Disneyland is traditionally quiet, but this is our first time there with Genie+ and Lightning Lane, instead of the old fastpass system. Even with reduced crowds, lineups are terribly long (sometimes over 2 hours) - Disney just seems to be trying to force everyone into paying the extra fees to reduce their wait times (an additional $25 USD/day/guest adds up quick - and some of the more popular rides require an additional extra fee). Been there many times and would never have a bad word to say about previous trips, but Disney keeps shooting themselves in the foot and worsening the guest experience.
