    I didn't use this as a centerpiece, but it's hanging on a hook in our living room and I change the location of where it hangs just to mix things up. Cute addition to our home decor. Shipped quickly and emits a soft glow when lit. Sturdy and attractive for the price I paid for it. The only thing to remember is if lighting this inside be sure to keep the candle contained within a smaller candle holder so the wax doesn't drip all over the place. Also the ring at the top of the holder gets hot so be careful handling when it's been burning for awhile.

    Green Glass Moroccan Lantern

    I've written a longer review on the green lantern, but this model of the cheap Moroccan lanterns is very nice as well. Not amazing, but very sturdy for the material it is made out of and cute from a moderate distance. Imperfections like bent handles, shifting glass and other things seem to come up randomly, but I would trust that these lanterns will usually come in good shape.

    A nice shade of yellow, true to the picture. Arrived in great shape, very quickly.

    I ordered these lanterns for a bridal shower with a Moroccan theme. I was not allowed to put live candles in them due to fire code restrictions. But I used little battery operated 'votive-looking' candles inside instead. They world just fine.

    I bought several different colors. A few of the shower guests actually wanted to take them home, so I ended up with fewer at the end.

    Used on our tables, which were covered with silky, colorful scarves, it really made the room look exotic. We also had a world-renowned belly dancer, Willow Chang, who performed for us and taught us simple moves.

    Fun memories. Good product!

    Was very excited about these (I bought this one, the purple and the blue). They are beautiful and go together so well when you group them in different colors and hang them from ceiling in different heights or place them on a window sill or bookshelf (I like to move things around a lot)...however the blue lantern had one glass pane chipped in a corner, so I had to stragically place it so that part is in back, thankfully the rest of the glass stayed in place, they were packaged HORRIBLY!! They were just put into very thin cardboard boxes the size of the lantern with NO bubblewrap or styrofoam...just cardboard and then thrown all together in a bigger box with NO padding either.

    This item arrived packaged very well and had no damage. The metal case of the lantern is more of an antique bronze and seems well made. Once I saw how well it looked I bought a second one as the price and quality seem great.

    The one downer is I wanted to put a 3" wide candle within and it wouldn't fit. Thus, the internal size of the lantern accommodates a tea light and that is about it. I put these LED lights in there and they look great:
