    This gets 5 stars , wow. So right I had a really bad tummy , it hurt every day , from when I woke till I got in bed. After one drink it subsided , after two days a bit more then now I've almost drank the whole thing it's pretty much gone. I've no idea what was wrong with my tummy , it caused heartburn and that went on for the last two years every day. One drink and it was gone. As a side issue it has cut my smoking by three quarters , it is a welcome thing , didn't know it would happen , I think the bad stuff in my tummy was causing anxiety and in turn making me smoke lots. I feel a slight uplifting feeling after drinking it but only slightly. I have one tablespoon of the liquid with a glass of water ,mainly watered down , I didn't like it with only half a glass. At first I drank it twice a day for about 10 days now just once a day in the evening. I def recommend the stuff , I felt bloated all the time before , I have it about an hour after my dinner at tea time. My bad tummy was putting me in a bad mood all the time before. I'm going to buy a second bottle now , hopefully I won't need it at all soon. I had pains on the left and right side of belly and in the middle , now it's mostly gone. Also I was getting dizzy almost every time I stood up , that has all together gone now , it subsided almost immediately in first two days now pretty much not at all.

    I take a little Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water along with a tiny amount of Bicarbonate of Soda (Baking Soda) if I have heartburn. Works a treat.
    I would recommend anyone with gout / arthritis to try taking a tablespoon of this in the morning with half a tablespoon of honey (in a glass of lukewarm water) and repeat again in the evening, as long as necessary. It has worked for friends and relatives.
    It is also supposed to be a good cleanser for arteries.
    I also use if as a toner for skin (avoid eye area), as it has the same ph as the skin.
    Also works wonders on any spots or rashes, as it dries them up quickly.
    It is also a good general health tonic.
    I am so impressed with this product (it is also with "mother" - cloudy which makes it more powerful) that I buy extra for family and friends who I think could do with using it.
    For something so versatile and healthy I think it is a great price too.
