    This is good quality coconut flour which is organic by all standards without any cross contamination. It came with a very close expiry date of two months but stayed well in the fridge even after the date. This serves as a good replacement for gluten free flour, it can be added along with gram flour to make a better consistency for baking or cooking. You'll have watch out for the water as this flours needs a lot of flour. I've found that coconut milk is better than water in most cases. It can make you a fulfilling meal in all senses.

    Not a flour. I've been using coconut for for years. You should be able to use it in place of normal flour. You can't with this. It isn't fine enough!

    I have been using this stuff for years now. I eat clean and am on a high protein diet. Because of this, I make a lot of my own snacks because i can't afford £1 for a protein bar. And this way I know exactly what's in it.

    I'm sure there are many other ways you can use this, but I've only used it to make sweet protein cakes. I did try once to make a savoury cake but it didn't taste very good at all. (May have been my baking skills more than the flour)

    Can't fault biona. Only the highest quality from them always.

It does lend a coconut flavour to recipes so a little unusal in certain savory recipes like, say, pizza bases. But if you are restricting your diet, you'll just be grateful to fake wheat recipes. Don't freestyle with this flour until you are familiar with it. Stick to recipes intended for this flour type. You need a very small amount compared to the volume of liquid, or the wheat equivalent. A good one to mix with almond flour.
