++ Shipping: We use USPS for all shipping needs. We also provide a tracking on your item so you know how quickly you can expect it. However, once the item is with USPS it is out of our hands. Meaning, we ship our banners in a cushioned envelope and will write do not bend on our envelopes, in hopes USPS does just that. You can always feel free to message us and we will talk about what we can do if there is any damage to your item, but we can't guarantee a refund on a USPS error, meaning they are the reason for damage or late shipping is their doing. We hope you understand and we take as many precautions as we can.
We have a few banners and cake toppers that are ready to ship but most of our items are made to order. We have updated our shop policies and will ship most items within 7 days. We have a couple banners that we still ship with 1-2 weeks but most are shipped within 7 days. This means that its possible we won't ship until the 7th or 14th day. We try our best to be as fast as we can but sometimes we need the extra time.
We will no longer issue a refund for an item that is needed before 7 days. We are located in California and most items take 3 days with USPS to get to you. Thanks so much!
