We accept Paypal and Direct credit or debit card checkout.
PAYPAL: If you do not have a PayPal account you are still able to pay for your item with your Credit/Debit Card using the "Don't have a PayPal account" option.

Just follow these steps:
>>Purchase your item on Etsy.
>>Click on the PayPal option during checkout. 

>>Click the "Pay Now" button and a separate PayPal window will open.
>>On the left hand side of this PayPal window you'll see the "Don't have a PayPal Account" button.
>>Click on this and follow their instructions.

This is a secure way to use your Credit / Debit Card without having to sign up to PayPal. It sounds complicated but it's actually super easy and very secure.

All unpaid orders will be cancelled within 2 weeks of the initial order date.

* All items sent worldwide are sent via Registered airmail with a tracking code (we will provide you with this code), so that you can confirm and locate your package at your local post office after it leaves Greece.

-- Shipping to the USA will take 7 to 14 business days to arrive.
-- Shipping to the EU will take 4 to 7 business days to arrive.
For any other destinations please contact us to confirm shipping times.

* Please note that Greek post office company regulations does not require to attach the invoice on the envelop, nor to declare the value of the shipped item.

* All of our items are MADE TO ORDER (unless stated otherwise in the listing), so we need some time to create the jewelry in your size and requirements . This is why orders are normally shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment.

> We ship only to the address listed by Etsy. Please make sure that the address listed on Etsy is correct.
> A lovely gift packaging always prefigures of a beautiful content. We give great importance to both - all our jewelry come in appropriate gift box!

Sizing Issues:
If you provided the wrong ring size by mistake and want to re-size it, we can adjust the size for you. We do not charge for the work done, but we take a small fee of 8 USD for the shipping back to you.

Customer Service:
We do our best to answer your messages as soon as possible.
But please note that Saturdays & Sundays are a weekend days in Greece and these are also our two days off the studio and the computer. So if you'll write to us on weekend, we'll most likely answer to you on Monday morning.

Warranty:
We provide you with one year repair, resize and damage!
This does not include the cost of additional materials (metals or stones) used for any requested modifications. However every problem will be reviewed on a case to case basis!
