    It is such a cute costume. I expected it to fit how it does on the pictures, almost like a shell. It fit more like a shirt. The hat did run big. But it was really cute. The wings are floppy because they’re on the heavier side … you may have to pin them on. The bottom of the costume has elastic so it fits tighter. I paired it with a black long sleeve, black leggings and some black boots and she was the cutest little bee…. I did consider going to the craft store and making her a stinger

    This is a great costume had I known how great and elastic this was I would have gotten this for my son as well it feals well made and warm enough for a cool night but also breathable. If I could change two things
    1 would be the wings they velcro on that being said I have a busy little bee and it was rather windy at the fair we went to and not once did they fall off. For pece of mind I might sew a few stichs but don't think its needed.
    2 there is no stinger not really necessary but would be a cute finishing touch. I would definitely recommend this costume it fit my 22 month old and my 3 year old
    Lastly if you bothered to read this far it is esentualy a tank top keep in mind pants and shirt are not included

    I bought this costume for my 36" tall two year-old. The shirt hit right at her hip but was still very roomy. She wore two long-sleeved black shirts and black pants and was very comfortable while trick-or-treating in 55 degree weather. The costume material is thick and would've been too warm for her to wear for an extended time indoors, even with just one shirt underneath. The hat kept falling off because it was a bit too small but she loves it and still wants to wear it.

    This was really cute for my daughter's Halloween costume. The body is made like a dress so it will fit as dress-up for a long time yet. My only complaint is that the hat was really big, and had no way to keep it on. We ended up taking it off all together after the first few minutes because i had to keep stopping to pick it up. A headband or hood would be better.

    This costume is super cute and made of better quality material than most. However, it is much SMALLER than described. The description says it is a size 12-24mos and will fit tots 29-35 inches tall and 20-28 lbs. In addition, the packaging the costume comes in claims the little girl modeling the costume is 34 inches tall and 27 lbs. Well, either I got a defective costume, or their size descriptions are way off. My daughter (20mos old) is 33 inches tall and 26 lbs. -- smaller than the model and well within the advertized size range -- but the costume hit her ABOVE the HIPS, just below her belly button. So disappointing. If you are ordering for a child between 9 mos and maybe 15mos, this should fit fine and be very cute. Anyone ordering for a child who is over 15mos or who wears a size over 12mos might want to look elsewhere . . .
