    The picture shows a very nice gift pack of four vouchers - three £15 vouchers and one free £5 voucher. You DO NOT GET THIS.

    You get £45 of online credit and a £5 credit. Fine if you simply want to get £50 of XBox Credit. I did not. I wanted three £15 vouchers I could split amongst the kids, what I ended up with was one big lump of credit you cannot then get a refund on. I have contacted Amazon to ask them to make this clear and change the photo. We will see, but beware!

    Someone has redeemed the code for the £45 before my son had a chance on Christmas day. This was a present from his Grandma & Grandad and it's just about ruined our Christmas. He was able to redeem the £5 but someone else has redeemed the £45. I have contacted Microsoft and they have confirmed it is a different account that has redeemed it.Can someone please tell me who I contact or e-mail to resolve this.The code was redeemed at 7.58 on 24 December....my son was fast asleep!!!!!

    Awful .. and one very unhappy nephew on Christmas Day! We've just bought this and were unable to redeem the voucher. It says the code has been used already!! So I'm £45 down and have a very upset boy in the house. Merry Christmas Amazon!! I would not recommend you buy this. amazon then pass the buck and you have to deal with mircosoft xbox whos customer support to near in possible to navigate
