Excellent Controller for Windows 10 & Xbox One
I decided to purchase this controller as I've recently updated my desk area where I do my video editing, reviews and gaming and I decided to go wireless for everything. This controller fits in perfectly with the minimalist theme that I am trying to achieve. In comparison to the old Xbox 360, wired controller, this new Xbox One controller wins hands down. I am using this on a Windows 10 device with the anniversary update so there is no need to install extra drivers or similar. I have Bluetooth inbuilt on my PC and connecting the controller via Bluetooth took me less that 30 seconds before I was able to connect and use the controller. If you have never used this controller before then there is a slight adjustment period needed when using it due to the shape of the controller, the D-pad being slightly different along with the analogue sticks being a little smaller than the older Xbox 360 controller. In the package you get: - 1x controller - 2x AA batteries - 1x user guide You DO NOT get a micro USB cable with this package so if you need to connect it to your PC via a cable, you will need to go out and buy one. Overall, the quality of the controller is worth the current asking price and so far I've not had anything negative to mention about the controller. If I were to change one thing, it would probably be to increase the size of the analogue sticks because my hands are pretty big.

    I tried a few cheap controllers for my pc, I always had some kind of issue, I was reluctant to buy the xbox one controller because of the price difference, but surprisingly if you shop around you can get a refurbished one for a decent price, anyway if you are using just one controller on your pc this works great with just bluetooth, but if you have second controller I recommend getting the dongle to go with it, overall it feels great playing games, there are options where you can use it to navigate through windows and steam, granted it's not as good as a keyboard and mouse but you can do the basics to get you where you want, this is probably the best experience your going to get out of a controller on a pc, all the others don't really compare, also if you have a firestick it will pair up with that, if you use steam link in another room on the other side of the house it work with that to, unlike other controllers that claim they work with fire tv then when you get them you find out they don't.

    The best there is (apart from the Elite) - lovely balanced feel in the hand with a pleasing heft which straight away feels premium and a step up from the PS4 and previous Xbox pads - the hand grips fit more snugly into your palms meaning no ill effects following extended gaming sessions.

    I love how this pairs instantly with the Shield and the menus can be navigated in the same way as the standard Nvidia controller along with right stick for mouse support - really comes into it's own when using Gamestream from PC.

    Works brilliantly on the PC along with the most precise analog sticks on any controller - you can tell this was designed for FPS's . Really can't fault it - worth every penny.

    I 've bought it for the Xbox One after my old controller starts moving on its own, just a few months after the warranty went off.

    I have used the USB cable to sync the controller with my Xbox One, you just connect it with the cable once and after that, you can use it wirelessly.

    The controller comes packed with a set of batteries so you can use it straight away. It looks very good, better than the original one, plus this controller it's the one for the Xbox One S, it works perfectly on the Original Xbox One, but it's better as it's a new updated version of the controller, it has Bluetooth connectivity and you can connect with other devices as Windows 10 and Tablets.

    I have just received this yesterday and I'd like to share a first-impressions review. I will probably update this review later on once I use it more and once it gets better support.

    Please note I tested the controller with Windows 10 and Android. I do not own a console and have no idea how it performs with a console.

    The controller build quality, D pad, rumble, buttons, the plastic it's made out of, it is awesome. Much better than the 360 controller, an improvement in every single way.

    The reason I gave this 4 stars is because the setup process wasn't as clear and because it seems that there's still some software issues that need to be fixed. For one, you need to have the new Windows 10 Anniversary Update for this to work properly. It took me a few hours to figure out why the update wasn't going through for me, and in the end I had to manually apply it via the media creation tool.

    Secondly, after all that was done, the bluetooth connectivity is weird. My laptop doesn't manage to discover the controller at first, I have to enable the bluetooth signal function thing (the tiny button on the top of the controller), then disable it, and then re-enable it, for my laptop to discover the controller. It's weird, I'm not sure why it does that. And if you were to connect it to your PC via wire (because, let's say, Far Cry Primal has issues detecting the controller via Bluetooth, but it works if its connected via USB), then if you unplug it again, you will have to go through the whole setup process of pairing it again. Connecting my wireless Xbox 360 controller via dongle is much more hassle free and faster. I'm kinda disappointed in the bluetooth in this and I hope it is fixed. On another note, this works perfectly fine with my Android phone too. So there's that.

    Another thing, the 3.5mm audio jack on this thing is abysmal. Horrible. It makes my $60 headphones sound like something I found reduced in the dollar store. No idea if this is how it's supposed to sound, maybe it's just a software issue, but just don't buy this expecting to use the headphone jack. It is disgustingly bad. I do not even understand why MS thought this was okay to include in the controller.

    Overall, this controller is ~awesome~ at being a wired controller. It is also great at being a bluetooth controller, once it works, but it doesnt work in some games for some reason (so far I only tested 7 games, all except Far Cry Primal work fine via bluetooth). The reason why I gave this 4 stars is because the extra bells and whistles it is advertised with are just disappointing, and I didn't really have many expectations for those either.

    I can easily recommend this if you want something better than the Xbox 360 controller, which is already a fantastic device. Just expect some of the extra features to be a bit eh.

    Like I said, I will update this after a while.

    Considerazione personali:
    Come molti altri utenti ho iniziato ad avere problemi con il mio controller Day One allo stick sinistro, risolto parzialmente apportando delle leggere modifiche.
    Ho deciso di acquistare questo controller e ho optato per quello Bluetooth in quanto lo uso anche tramite PC e trovavo sconveniente acquistare il dongle wireless Microsoft.
    Devo dire che funziona perfettamente sia con PC che con Xbox. Fa tutto quello che ci si aspetta un controller di questo tipo. Il collegamento Bluetooth è funzionante anche se con Forza 6 Apex non lo riconosce. Probabilmente è un problema del gioco e non del controller. Apex è ancora in Beta pur essendo un ottimo gioco e preferisco giocarci col volante.

    Ho acquistato anche un GameSir G3s che mi arriverà a giorni e sarà mia cura fare dei confronti tra i due. Ovviamente il GameSir funziona solo su PC e non su Xbox, ma potrebbe essere una valida alternativa per chi non possiede tale console.

    La presentación de la caja es sencilla y elegante, dando impresión de que alberga un producto de calidad.

    El mando es increíblemente cómodo. Hacía años que no usaba mando de consola y cuando jugaba a la misma era de PS no de Xbox, pero me ha sorprendido muy gratamente.

    Una calidad de materiales muy buena. Todos los botones funcionan correctamente, sin ruidos extraños ni tactos raros. Así que si adquirís un mando y os pasa como en otros comentarios críticos que los botones se pulsan mal o la vibración va mal, cambiadlo porque entrará en garantía pues es un defecto de fábrica, NO es algo común ni propio del mando.

    La compatibilidad con los juegos de momento es total. Se configura automáticamente con todos los que he probado. (Alrededor de unos 10-15)

    El Bluetooth se conecta automáticamente en Windows 10 sin ningún problema y no se me ha desconectado ni una vez, aunque cabe decir que no he jugado más lejos que en la silla del escritorio.

    Compra muy recomendada.

    Indicar también que el mando que tengo no está comprado en Amazon, porque cuando adquirí el mando aquí me llegaba tarde, me puse en contacto con ellos y me dijeron que tramitaban la devolución para que lo pidiera de nuevo y que me llegara antes y a mejor precio. El primer pedido me llegó habiendo ya recibido el importe de la devolución y por suerte pude cancelar el segundo para no tener dos mandos en casa. Me puse en contacto con Amazon para pagar ese mando de nuevo, ya que lo quería y encima me hacían desplazarme a 80 km para devolverlo, y no me lo quisieron cobrar. Asi que terminé devolviendo el mando y el carga y juega porque gracias a la mala gestión y atención por parte de Atención al Cliente de Amazon me iba a tardar otra semana más en llegar el mando cuando tenía uno ya en casa y les pedí quedarmelo y que cobraran el importe de nuevo.

    Avant tout : mon avis porte sur la manette "Nouveau - blanc sans fil" qui est en faite la manette de Xbox one S bluetooth.

    Pourquoi Génialissime ? Pour la prise en main de la manette, le grip, la qualité de fabrication, le touché des boutons, sa reconnaissance par Windows et par les jeux, sa reconnaissance par mon smartphone, sa faible consommation. Rien que pour cela, ça en fait pour moi la manette sans fil bluetooth ultime.

    Vous l'aurez compris, je n'ai même pas de Xbox one. J'ai acheté la manette pour mon PC et j'en profite également sur mon smartphone, notamment sur les jeux "ShadowGun : Dead Zone" et "Dead Trigger 2" où aucun réglage n'a besoin d'être fait. Le plug & play, quand on ne joue qu'une dizaine de minute à ces jeux, ce n'est pas négligeable en terme de temps gagné et d'absence de prise de tête. J'envisage également l'achat de jeux PC qui ont été portés sur Android, comme "GTA San andreas" qui est pour moi injouable en tactile.

    Est-ce que tout est parfait ? On pourrait revenir sur l'absence de batterie dans la manette... Devoir mettre des piles dans une manette en 2016, même Nintendo font des manettes sans fil avec batterie désormais (sur la Wii u). Néanmoins, la manette n'est pas une mangeuse de pile, loin de là. Je n'ai changé les piles (2 piles LR6 AA pour ceux qui voudrait savoir) qu'une seule fois en trois mois d'utilisation, non intensif, mais quand même ! Aussi, si vous avez des accumulateurs, le défaut peut se transformer en qualité : pas besoin de resté branché à un câble pour recharge la batterie, on change d'accumulateur, et c'est repartis.

    A part cela, j'ai crus avoir des problèmes de réception et j'ai joué la première semaine avec un câble entre la manette et mon PC. Je me suis rendu compte que le problème ne venait ni de la manette, ni de l'émetteur bluetooth, mais juste de ma tour. Explication : le dongle bluetooth était derrière ma tour qui faisait obstruction (un peu comme une cage de faraday). L'arrière de la tour orienté vers moi, je n'avais aucun problème sans fil. Le devant de la tour orienté vers moi, j'avais de très gros problèmes de réception. Je n'ai plus jamais eu le moindre problème de réception depuis que je branche le dongle bluetooth sur mon clavier (G19 qui possède deux ports USB).

    Tout ça pour dire que la manette... bah elle est génialissime.
