    Great Show

    by C. on 11/16/19Liberty Hall - Lawrence

A good mix of old and new music. The intimate setting of Liberty Hall worked really well for an acoustic show like this. Hopefully the glitter-filled rainbow unicorn in the balcony that night during the second set doesn't discourage him from returning again in the future. (This is a reference to a very rude and unruly fan in the balcony, not a issue with the venue or performance.)

    My experience

    by 0 on 11/15/19Liberty Hall - Lawrence

I had a wonderful time seeing my favorite musical artist, Billy Corgan. I only have one complaint, they shouldn't serve alcohol at this venue, people were shouting songs requests and one guy was acting rude the whole time.

Very intimate show, great seats, and great conversations between him and the audience

The Smashing Pumpkins are my favorite band. William's performance of the fantastic new record Ogilala was stunning! The treat of solo performances of Pumpkins and Zwan songs solo was better than I could have imagined, and I've come to appreciate that much more what a brilliant and underrated musical genius WPC is.

    Billy Corgan solo was fantastic!!!

by MrHyde66 on 11/6/17Herbst Theatre - San Francisco

William Patrick Corgan's solo show was simply amazing. Billy on acoustic guitar or piano with the occasional harmonica. No accompaniment, just Billy. The simplicity made for an incredible atmosphere with a quiet, seated crowd just listening to the beautiful sounds. No gimmicks, just a musical genius in his barest form. The first set was the new album Ogilala in full. The second set and encore were mostly Smashing Pumpkins songs with some Zwan and cover songs thrown in. As a huge Smashing Pumpkins fan with over a dozen shows attended, this was better than all of them except for the Pumpkins' 2007 "residency" of the Fillmore shows I was blessed to see. Buy the new album and go see this show, you won't regret it.

    Billy Corgan was fantastic!!!

by Anonymous on 11/4/17Herbst Theatre - San Francisco

Corgan did a intimate two nights at The Herbst Theatre. He did a mix of new solo and older Smashing Pumkins songs. Switching back and forth from acoustic and piano. He also did covers of Fleetwood Mac Landslide, Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here, Neil Young After The Gold Rush and Miley Cyrus Wreaking Ball. Overall it was a great 2 nights!

Billy Corgan is a musical genius and hearing him perform an unplugged set was a dream come true! Beautiful theater, but cash bar only.

    Great show

by HitemwiththeHein on 11/4/17Herbst Theatre - San Francisco

First time at the venue. The sound was near perfect. The new album was good and the deep SP tracks were great. Loved seeing a legend in an intimate venue like this.
