For what it is, I am very pleased with it

With what I know now, I wish I had purchased at least two more for Christmas presents. It is not a $130.00 plus pro machine but, as a home machine, it does a great job cutting vegetables, meats, cheese and pepperoni sticks for adding extra slices to frozen pizzas and love the SPAM. I get 21 nice even slices out of a can of SPAM. Take your time and let the machine do the work and everything is happy. I got one extra for my daughter and she loves it too. I told my neighbor about it and he purchased two of them. He loves it too.

Works good but a little bit of w time to clean. I had a more expensive one that the motor and blade were removable and you could wash it in the sink, but the blade screw broke and no replacement since it was discontinued. Hated to throw it out. But this is good and worked well for what I need.

Small, lightweight, delicate, slices some stuff

For the Home and the price you pay for the slicer it’s just enough to get the job done. Good for small blocks of cheese and small meats like pepperoni sticks anything else might be a little too heavy for the slicer. The blade moves around slower than usual but that just means you can’t work fast. machine. You do have to take your time. Overall value the product is cheap but for small jobs worth the money. I find one more issue would be storage of the unit.

- A:Answer First I think this machine is great. So to answer your question I've cut a couples of 1/2 inch skirt steak in half and they came out of the fridge not frozen.

- A:Answer Hello, thanks for reach out. No, it can't. Do not use the Meat Slicer to cut hard frozen food or bones. The Meat Slicer may become overloaded and damage the blade. Do not use the Meat Slicer to cut jellylike or wet food. The jelly or the excessive juice may spread into the electrical components of the motor assembly and may lead to fire and electric shock, personal injury or death. Hope this helps. The BELLA Team.

Q: QuestionHow to wash the blade and slicer after work? Is it easy to disassemble blade to clean?

- A:Answer Hello, thanks for reaching out. CLEANiNg iNSTruCTiONS CAUTION: Serrated blade is very sharp. Handle carefully. Always handle using the blade removal tab. CAUTION: Never place base of the Meat Slicer in water or other liquids. 1. Unplug and allow the serrated blade to come to a complete stop before disassembling or cleaning. 2. Remove the meat grip from the sliding feed table. 3. Clean the sliding feed table, exterior and motor base with a soft, damp cloth or sponge and a mild soap or a spray cleaner. Rinse well and dry. 4. Remove the blade by grasping the blade removal tab and turning clockwise. Then carefully lift away from housing and remove blade. Wash the blade, front and back, in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not allow the blade to soak in water. Wash, rinse, dry and reinstall the serrated blade immediately after cleaning. 6. To reassemble, grasp blade removal tab, align with socket so that the blade engages with socket. Twist blade removal tab counter – clockwise and tighten to engage blade into housing. 7. The non-skid feet may be cleaned with any grease-removing cleanser, such as alcohol or window cleaner. Have a nice day. The BELLA Team.
