Return your order

 

We hope you have found joy in your Lisa Angel pieces as much as we enjoy creating and sending them. However, if there is a chance you may have changed your mind, or have received an item you’re not happy with, you can return most items to us for an exchange or full refund. Personalised products are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless they are faulty or damaged.

We ask that before returning your items, you get in contact with us. Simply pop your order number and email into the box on the right-hand side of the page to submit your return request and a customer services representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please contact our customer services team if you don’t have your order details available.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment form and we aim to refund you within 1-5 working days of receiving the returned package. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for returned items to be processed once they reach us, and up to 5 days during busy periods.

If you have received an item as a gift that doesn't feel ‘you’, we can offer an exchange or we will issue a refund for the full amount via a gift card or online voucher with proof of purchase. However, if no sale record is available we will only offer the item's current selling price.

These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights.

 

Our Returns Policy

 

Online returns 

We offer a 45-day return period on all non-personalised items. This starts on the day your order is delivered.

Personalised and perishable items* are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty. Please contact our customer service team and a representative will review your request.

*Personalised and perishable items purchased in hampers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you wish to return a hamper, the cost of these items will be deducted from your refund.

When returning an item, please ensure that products are carefully packaged to ensure no damage occurs in transit. 

Sale items have a 14-day return window.

We offer free returns to all UK addresses. Non-UK address returns, kindly note that postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

When returning your items, please include a note inside the package with your order number so we can process your refund or exchange.

If the item is faulty, we ask you to provide a photo to ensure a prompt resolution.

Online orders can be returned to any official Lisa Angel store.

 

In-store returns

We offer a 45-day return period on non-personalised items.

The following items are exempt from return - unless damaged or faulty 

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons
  • Personalised items
  • Perishables, including, but not limited to alcohol, food, and plants

Sale items have a 14-day return window. Items returned after this period will be eligible for exchange only.

All items must be returned in their original condition.

You must have the item you wish to return with you in-store.

 

Faulty items

Warranty: We have a 3-month warranty for tarnished plated jewellery items. Any tarnished items will be replaced. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Guarantee: We offer a 1-year guarantee on all items* except perishables and plants. Any faulty goods will be replaced.

If the faulty item is no longer stocked, we will do our best to replace it with an item of a similar style and price point. If this is the case a member of our customer services team will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement.

*Excludes tarnished jewellery - Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

If your item is faulty or broken we ask that you provide a photo to ensure a prompt resolution.

We may require your faulty item to be returned to us, if that is the case, we will cover your postage costs.
