    Another sneak peak for her upcoming book. It's a lovely selection of recipes and all are so quick and easy. The quick fat biting HIIT workout is great and effective and the subsequent recipes compliment the workouts as they are ideal to work around morning or evening workouts to get your carbs or healthy fats. Cannot wait for the book as she has an excellent online Profile and inspires people

    The exercises are well explained and easy to follow.
    All ofv the recipes look great, really looking forward to trying the coconut oats breakfast idea and the homemade nut butter sounds lovely.

    I absolutely love the recipes in this book, they are easy to make, taste great and consist of ingredients that you are likely to have in your store cupboard. My husband was cynical when he saw yet another healthy eating cookbook arrive but even he is a fan (and he is hard to please)
    The exercise workout section is great if you don't fancy going to the gym and want to do a quick session at home.
    Would definitely recommend.
