Very disappointing experience

I ordered two MAC lipsticks online from Macy’s and picked them up in-store. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized one of them was already old/used. When I went back to return it, Macy’s made the process difficult and even acted like I was trying to bring back an old item that wasn’t theirs. Very disappointing experience.

I feel so bad for Macys in Dadeland

The upper story looks like a bazaar. The store looks run down and tired. And, on top of that, someone had the bright idea of resuscitating the human blockade trying to foist perfumes. Awful.
