About Desert Distilling
After a humble start as a small, basement operation run by brothers Neil and John Lotz, Desert Distilling has grown into the Coachella Valley's only distillery, hand crafting vodka, gin, and more in their Palm Spring outpost. After discovering their love of distilling, the brothers decided the desert would make an ideal location for a micro-distillery. Today, visitors can tour the facility, seeing how each product is made before enjoying samples in the tasting room. While gin and vodka are Desert Distilling's staples, the tasting room's constantly-changing lineup often includes more novel concoctions such as limoncello and spiced rum.
