Hard drive missing

It will be replaced for free by Best Buy. Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your system crashed on you. If you experience Blue Screen Errors in the future you can follow these steps to diagnose the issues:
1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports".
2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software.
3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.

- A:Answer More than good enough for everyday use (Facebook, word processing, surfing the Internet, reading emails, watching Youtube videos, movies, TV shows, Skype, etc.). Probably good enough for most games, but not games that are VERY demanding of CPU, RAM, and video resources (i.e., the laptop's video processing card, which is integrated with the CPU). It should be said that this laptop has a very good CPU and more than adequate RAM for the vast majority of users, at a very competitive price for what you are getting in terms of features/specifications.

- A:Answer Office is an add on. I don't know of many computers now that come with Office. Some may offer a trial of Office 365 it for 3-6 month period, but this one doesn't. I am not expert and I don't have Office on this machine, but this computer is a full fledged computer. It should be able to handle Office Suite with no problem.
