    Ich habe das Produkt fälschlicherweise anstelle des "Caudalie Polyphenol C15 Anti-Wrinkle Defense Oils" bestellt. Daher wollte ich die Ware zurücksenden und habe auch rechtzeitig die Rücksendung beantrag. Jedoch habe ich auch nach 4 Wochen keine Bestätigung seitens Anbieter bekommen. Nach langem Hin und Her habe ich einen Garantieantrag gestellt, der auch gewährt wurde. Ginge es nach dem Verkäufer hätte ich mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen.

    Zum Produkt selbst kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich es nicht verwendet habe. Jedoch war ich bischer mit allen Caudalie Produkten sehr zufrieden, trotz empfindlicher Haut mit Neurodermitis.
