I did a bit of research to try to find the best value tv that was 65", 4k, and had HDR (High Dynamic Range). Best Buy does not advertise this tv to have HDR, but it does. LG advertises on their website that it has "HDR Pro". When you put in a 4k movie with HDR, there is a little pop-up in the top right of the screen that says "HDR" for about 15 seconds. Remote is very easy to use. Hooks up to everything like any other tv does. This tv is working great in my man cave! The only thing I could knock on this would be the speakers. They don't seem to get very loud but of course that can be fixed with a soundbar or surround sound. I got this the week of Black Friday for $799, and it's worth every penny.

An impulse buy on Black Friday. I knew it wasn't that big of a savings than normal sales but I wanted a new 65".
It's a decent tv. Nice features but it's entry level which I expected. The 120hz motion is eh. It's comparable to my same 120hz Emerson that cost $300 a year ago.
The fit and finish is nice. It's heavy for what it is; but looks great on my wall.
The smart features are cool but slow. The phone apps are nice. Take forever to link up though. For the price it's a good buy but I wish I woulda just bought the Vizio with 240hz motion and full led. The picture of the Vizio is much nicer for the same price and it came with a smart tablet remote. Lg just gives you the basic remote at this level.
I have a Samsung of the same size and specs that was $400 more and I can say it isn't much better which is the good. They make so many tvs now that are un necessary. For cheap entry level this is a good buy. For your masterpiece to do gaming and sports and everything you may feel a little let down depending on what you are use too.
Just know what it is and appreciate it. I like it enough to keep it; but I don't know if il buy lg again simply because it isn't any better than much cheaper options; in fact less quality than the comparable Vizio and comparable to Emerson at half the price. If I was against Vizio and couldn't be seen with an Emerson though then yes buy it before the comparable Samsung. That I'd say it shines.
As for features..
The 4k is very nice but here again the Vizio I bought last year does 4k and was half the price. So I'm thinking I just got the lg name here which I could care less about.
The uhdr is nice when you use it. Which means you need a special player and bluray or game. Don't be fooled by the hype. I ran a Xbox one s with it. My 4k uhd deadpool looks great but it should.
It's good but I was hoping to be blown away. Regular tv, 1080 PS4, standard stuff looks the same as the much cheaper options.. buy it because you got a deal not because you think it's the best and you'll be happy!

I'm very impressed. LG makes a great product. For the price, I don't think you can go wrong here. I had another smart TV I bought about a year ago and I find myself staring at this LG set because of the way the picture looks. In my opinion, this set has a great depth of color. I'm calling this a 5-star television because I can't believe you can do much better for a 65" TV at this price for less.

Definitely a great Smart TV for the price. The things that you might want to consider. Slight glare during the day if you don't have a dark room. Smart TV features sometimes lag vs what you would find on a dedicated streaming device from Amazon Apple or Google. Designed to be wall mounted with all cables coming down or to the side. Netflix and Amazon app DO allow you to stream 4K. Overall I was looking for a middle of the road TV for a good price and that's what I got.

This is a nice size for a three bedroom apartment, we have ours in our living room and three other smaller LG LCD's in the bedrooms. This tv is bright and easy to set up with our Sony wireless surround sound speakers and sound bar. This is a smart TV with some great built in apps, I only wish it had a hot key for Netflix. We are happy so far!

This tv has a beautiful picture. Everyone who watches cant get over the clarity. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is sometimes the edges around moving objects looks kind of funny. If anyone has a suggestion on how to remedy this I would love to hear it. I use the preset calibrations and they work fine for me. Im so happy ☺.
A:According to the LG website for this product (model 65UH6030, http://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-65UH6030-4k-uhd-tv) it supports HDR content using their HDR Pro technology.
