Quality has dropped significantly
The wicks burnt well and seemed of good quality in the first order I made. The second order I made the quality has worsened. The wicks are now thinner, more brittle and flimsy. They break when cutting to size and don't burn properly. I'm really disappointed in the drop in quality and will be asking for a refund. In the photo the left wick is from the first order, the right wick is from the poor second order.

These work....okay-ish, they set in the candle nicely, really well actually. So I was very optimistic when I patiently waited for my candles to dry and harden.

The next day I burnt one candle to test and to be honest: What a letdown.
The wood burns okay, and aesthetically the candle looks great, more than great to be honest. BUT and it's a big BUT, the wooden wick does not produce enough heat to burn the essential oils in the candles that I make so you receive a terrible scent throw, as well as not entirely burning all the wax in the container (despite this could be fixed with a second wick)

All in all the wooden wicks look great but they are not practical for scented candles. Perhaps if you are making unscented then it will be okay.

Was really excited about these as I make candles and just discovered this product.
I made my candles and when I tested it out, it just didn't burn, just about smoldered - there just wasn't any burn - don't like to leave a bad review.
    They did arrive very quickly

I usually buy my wicks off ebay, but they had sold out. These are very flimsy so as I cut them to fit in jars they split right the way up the wick deeming them unfit to use.

I purchased these to make candles as Christmas presents for my family. They burn so pathetically it's embarrassing. Won't be buying again.
